Gift cards are issued electronically unless otherwise stated. Gift cards can be used only on the JAE ROOTS online store.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be refunded once purchased, except where required by law.

The customer is responsible for keeping the gift card code safe. We are not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, shared, or used without permission.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. We do our best to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to courier services, customs, supplier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or events outside our control.
